Our mission at Lake County Care Collective is to form a network of holistic care providers in accessible Lake County locations to offer integrated psychological, spiritual, and physical care. Our passion is to create a cooperative model that centers dignity, connection, shared healing, and collaboration with community partners to support whole-person wellness.

Our Services
Building from a core of mental health counseling and psychological wellness services, we hope to continue expanding services to support physical health and wellness through exercise, relaxation, group services, classes, massage, etc.
